The primary goal of the Career Consulting services offered by Molza & Partners is to provide Managers with a method and the necessary tools to navigate the job market effectively.

The idea stems from years of activities aimed at gaining insights. Dedicating part of our agenda to understanding and deepening our knowledge of Managers has always been a value for us, as well as a fundamental aspect of our work. This has allowed us to maintain daily contact with professionals from various specializations and different sectors, all somehow oriented towards change and with many questions that need answering.

For this reason, following some funded projects aimed at unemployed managers that we executed, we decided to structure a service designed to provide support during these delicate transition periods.
